Place all ingredients into blender jug and use speed 2/chop, blend until smooth.
Transfermixturetoaservingbowl.Chilluntilreadytouse.Servewithtoastedturkishbread.

1bunch freshcoriander,stemstrimmed
200g ricottacheese
200g cottagecheese
125ml lightcream
2teaspoons lemonjuice
1/2cup freshparmesancheese,grated
1tablespoon drainedcapers
1/4cup choppedblackolives
1/2cup toastedpinenuts
